By using the ix bet (ixbet.run) platform, you agree to these rules and Terms & Conditions. It is important to read this entire document carefully before registering or placing any bets.

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• The maximum amount per single withdrawal is ৳50,000.

Ix bet regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any offer, please read the specific terms attached to it. The following general rules apply to all bonuses.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Can be claimed once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified number of wagers must be placed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn (typically 10x–30x). This information will be clearly stated in the terms of each offer.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in the offer's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended.

When placing bets on ix bet, certain rules must be followed. These rules apply to all forms of betting — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and everything in between.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ix bet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Ix bet is not liable for any failed bets during live betting caused by network issues.
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended for review if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Ix bet is committed to fair play at all times. Our games are powered by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are regularly audited by independent third parties.

Ix bet is committed to maintaining a safe and fair platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

• Money Laundering: Using ix bet for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Account Fraud: Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

Ix bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances.

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a terms violation.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be subject to closure.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If you wish to close your account, email us at support@ixbet.run. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting your closure request.

For inactive accounts, ix bet may deduct a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50. No charge applies if the balance is zero.
